Yoga
Hatha & Vinyasa
For a better management of your personality and your goals, I propose an individualized program, a return to oneself, a true introspection with yourself. The function of yoga is to connect and unite body and mind. Individual coaching allows you to set up your own alignment, with intuitive guided meditations and asanas that fit you. So that everyone finds themselves and progresses at their own pace.
In order to share a moment of spirituality and benefits for one’s body, group classes are organized in small groups, of the best level, age and affinity. Gathering around a Hatha yoga class means, exchanging a moment of postures (Asanas) or breathing (Pranayama), concentration (Dharana), and relaxation (Yoga Nidra), will make you unite in the same quest. Without competition or performance, Hatha yoga will reconnect with your body, mind, and environment.
Hatha
It concentrates on the physiological part of the being, hence the multitude of postures (Asanas) practiced with a single goal, to harmonize body and mind. It is an energetic yoga.
Vinyasa
Want to wake up your muscles and stay toned? Vinyasa yoga is more dynamic and focuses on synchronizing your movements with your breathing.

Graduated in India after ten years of practice with different teachers in India and Europe, looking to learn more and more diversity and experience. It is Master Praveen Redi of Mysore and the Sarvaguna Yoga Dhaama school that validates my ability to make you discover Hatha yoga, and the philosophy of life which is attached to it. I’m part of the US International Alliance. I continue to train annually with Master Keshava Mudri in Dharamsala, spending several weeks with him. A first degree validated in Reiki, and meditation, to soon be able to teach these practices as well. My thirst for knowledge is intact, my quest for harmonization continues.
